My stay at The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel, was quite enjoyable, especially thanks to the really good customer service I received. However, I encountered issues with plumbing on the upper floors that produced discolored water, which dampened the experience somewhat. Overall, the hotel's beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains and efficient staff kept my spirits high throughout my visit.

The service I encountered was great. Staff like Bryce and Leo made my check-in process smooth and helped with restaurant recommendations. Notably, Dae Dae was incredibly attentive and remembered me from previous visits, making my travel much less stressful.

I had a mixed experience at The Antlers. While the views of Pike's Peak from my room on the 13th floor were absolutely stunning, the room itself felt a bit outdated. The service, however, was really good and made a lasting impression on me.

My room was comfortable, but I noticed some cosmetic and mechanical issues that could use updating. I also wished the curtains were more to my liking instead of the pull-down shade.

My stay at The Antlers had its ups and downs. The central location offered easy access to restaurants and attractions, and I enjoyed the beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains from my room. However, I was disappointed by the hidden fees and the overall lack of attentiveness from the staff, which affected my experience negatively.

My Mountain View room was clean and spacious, but the furniture felt outdated, and I noticed some maintenance issues like dirty windows. Plus, it was disappointing to deal with a surprise pet fee after I had disclosed I was traveling with my pet.

The hotel is ideally located in downtown Colorado Springs, making it super convenient to explore the area. I could easily walk to nearby attractions and eateries, which was a major plus.
Dining

Dining options were very limited. The breakfast buffet seemed overpriced at $20, and the dinner spot was just a casual pizza place, which didn't impress me. I expected better dining variety for the price.
Facilities

The lobby had a beautiful design, creating an inviting atmosphere, and the rooftop pool provided stunning views. However, the general upkeep needs attention, which was evident in several areas.
